Time-trial and more levels added!

Hey! I've  added some cool new features to  «Loading... please wait» after JimJam2:

• Time-trial mode after finishing the story! Fight against your own best times!
• Dynamic difficulty that scales over time if you struggle with a level.
• About 10 more levels.
• Left mouse button affects music pitch
• More accurate collisions
• Bugfixes and tweaks

I hope you'll give it a try! Time trial is actually quite fun :)
